Désiré Doué Leaves French National Team Camp
Saturday 06-09-2025
Désiré Doué, a midfielder for Paris Saint-Germain, left the French national team camp after suffering a calf muscle injury during the match between the French team and Ukraine.

Doué, who is 20 years old, participated in the match that took place on Friday as part of the preparations for the World Cup qualifiers, but he was substituted at halftime after sustaining a bruise to his leg. According to the French newspaper 'L'Équipe', the player left the camp on Saturday to return to his club Paris Saint-Germain.

Doué's departure comes just hours after his teammate at the club and national team, Ousmane Dembélé, also left due to a muscle injury in his thigh.

As a result, neither player will continue with the current international break with the French national team, and they are expected to undergo medical examinations and follow-up care at Paris Saint-Germain.
