The Portuguese club Sporting Braga officially announced the departure of its star Roger Fernandes to Al-Ittihad Saudi Club, after completing the agreement between the two parties on all financial and contractual terms in the past hours.

The Portuguese club clarified through an official statement published on its account on the 'X' platform that the deal amounted to 32 million euros, in addition to 2.5 million euros as performance-related incentives and bonuses for the upcoming period.

The statement confirmed that the negotiations witnessed competition from several prominent European clubs that were interested in signing the young player, but the Al-Ittihad management succeeded in finalizing the deal in its favor after reaching a complete agreement with Braga and the player.

Roger Fernandes is considered one of the most prominent rising Portuguese talents, having caught attention with his high skills and significant technical abilities, making him a target for many European clubs before Al-Ittihad decided to sign him.
