Al-Nassr Finalizes Negotiations for Midfielder and Loans Out Goalkeeper Pinto
Thursday 04-09-2025
Journalist Ali Al-Harbi clarified that the management of Al-Nassr Club has entered the final stages of negotiations to finalize the signing of a new midfielder, as part of its efforts to strengthen the team's capabilities in preparation for the current season's competitions.

Al-Harbi pointed out that the deal represents an important technical addition, as the club seeks to secure the midfield with a third player to enhance the depth of the squad and provide the coach with greater flexibility in facing the pressure of matches.

He added that Al-Nassr's management is also making advanced steps towards completing the loan of Brazilian goalkeeper Pinto, after he has become outside the considerations of Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus during the current period.

The coaching staff plans to rely primarily on young goalkeeper Nawaf Al-Aqidi, who has proven his worth with the team in recent matches, making Pinto's continued presence in the squad technically unnecessary.

According to Al-Harbi, the loan of the Brazilian goalkeeper will open the door for the club to reorganize its foreign player file and take advantage of its position in upcoming signings.

This move is part of Al-Nassr's strategy to reinforce its ranks with names capable of making a difference and ensuring the team's readiness to compete strongly in various local and continental championships this season.
