Al-Nassr Saudi Club completed the contract procedures with player Saad Al-Nasir on Sunday evening, coming from Al-Taawoun, to strengthen the team's ranks during the current summer transfer market.

The announcement of the deal was made via Al-Nassr's official account on the 'X' platform, where the player appeared in a video expressing his happiness about the step of joining, confirming that he did not hesitate to accept the Al-Nassr offer.

According to the agreement reached, Saad Al-Nasir will represent the first football team of Al-Nassr with a contract that extends for three full seasons until the summer of 2028, making him a new addition for Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus.

In recent days, there had been intense negotiations between Al-Nassr's management and that of Al-Taawoun, which ultimately culminated in an agreement to purchase the remaining duration of the player's contract.

Coach Jesus chose to include Saad Al-Nasir to strengthen the left-back position, given the team's need for a distinguished element in this position in preparation for the upcoming local and continental competitions.

For its part, Al-Taawoun announced via an official statement its approval for the player's transfer to Al-Nassr, expressing its gratitude and appreciation to Saad Al-Nasir for the efforts he exerted with the team throughout his time there.

It is worth noting that Saad Al-Nasir has played 76 matches with Al-Taawoun in various competitions, during which he scored 4 goals and contributed 8 assists, according to data from 'Transfermarkt'.
