Inzaghi Gives Al Hilal Players 6 Days Off
Reports have revealed that Italian coach Simone Inzaghi, the head coach of Saudi club Al Hilal, is weighing the option of playing a friendly match or conducting a scrimmage against the 21-year-old team at the club.
The Italian coach has identified a scrimmage with the youth team as an alternative option if he does not decide on a friendly match during the international break in September, which lasts about 12 days.
Sources confirmed that Inzaghi has granted Al Hilal players a six-day vacation, with their return to training scheduled for next Friday.
The Italian coach will be missing the services of 13 international players, including seven locals: Mohammed Al-Yami, Muteb Al-Harbi, Hassan Tambakti, Nasser Al-Dosari, Mohammed Kanno, Salem Al-Dosari, and Abdullah Al-Hamdan.
Additionally, five foreign players have been called up to their national teams: Yassine Bounou, Kalidou Koulibaly, Theo Hernandez, Joao Cancelo, and Ruben Neves, along with Aleksandar Mitrovic, who has been excluded from the local list.
