Al-Nasr Club is awaiting the final position of its left-back Salem Al-Najdi, after receiving an offer from Al-Taawoun Club to join its ranks on loan during the current summer transfer period.

Al-Taawoun requested to borrow the young player for one season, coinciding with its ongoing negotiations with Al-Nasr regarding the transfer of left-back Saad Al-Nasser to the ranks of "Al-Nasr".

According to what was reported by the newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah", Al-Najdi's future hangs between two options: either to continue with Al-Nasr or to temporarily move to Al-Taawoun in search of greater participation opportunities.

Al-Najdi is tied to a long-term contract with Al-Nasr that extends for four seasons, which he signed last summer, while his name was put on the negotiation table during the Saad Al-Nasser deal.

Al-Nasr does not mind the player's exit, but on the condition that it be only through a loan, and if the deal is not completed, he will continue his journey with the capital team during the new season.

It is noteworthy that the 22-year-old Al-Najdi joined Al-Nasr in the summer of 2024 from Al-Fateh and has since played 37 matches with the team, scoring one goal and assisting another.
