Special sources confirmed that Fahd Al-Mufarij decided to retract his departure from Al-Hilal, following a series of continuous attempts from members of the "club company" who urged him to stay and continue his journey with the blue team.

Since the announcement of Prince Nawaf bin Saad's candidacy for the presidency of the company's board of directors, significant efforts have been made to convince Al-Mufarij to continue, especially since the management plans to appoint a sports director alongside a new executive president.

The identity of the position that Al-Mufarij will occupy remains unclear so far, as nominations vary between prominent administrative positions that Al-Hilal intends to enhance during the upcoming phase.

Al-Mufarij is considered one of the most prominent names associated with the history of Al-Hilal, having served the club as a player, administrator, and board member, before taking on the role of executive director over the past two seasons.

Throughout his long career with "The Leader", Al-Mufarij achieved 41 titles, including 21 titles as a player, 8 titles during his tenure as football director, in addition to 12 championships as a board member and executive director.
