Al-Nassr Restores Ayman Yahya Against Al-Taawoun
Al-Nassr team has regained the services of their winger Ayman Yahya after he participated in the group training on Wednesday, following his recovery from two injuries sustained during the Saudi Super Cup final against Al-Ahli last Saturday.
The capital team held a training session at their stadium in Riyadh, which included technical and physical aspects, as part of their preparations to face Al-Taawoun on Friday, in the opening of the new season of the Roshen Saudi League.
Yahya participated after recovering from an ankle injury, in addition to receiving cosmetic stitches to treat a minor facial wound that he sustained just before the end of the Super Cup match, which was decided by penalties in favor of Al-Ahli.
According to exclusive sources, the training coincided with the presence of duo Abdul Malik Al-Jaber and Sami Al-Najai in the medical clinic to continue their rehabilitation program, while Spaniard Emerick Laporte and Portuguese Otavio Monteiro continue individual training, awaiting the resolution of their future.
Al-Nassr, led by their Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, returned from Hong Kong, where they participated in the Super Cup, and the players received two days of rest before resuming preparations on Tuesday evening, with plans to hold their final training session on Thursday evening before heading directly to Buraidah.
