Reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano reported on his official account on the platform 'X' that the Italian club AC Milan has reached a preliminary verbal agreement with English club Chelsea regarding the transfer of French star Christopher Nkunku.

Romano confirmed that the deal has entered its critical stages, with clubs expected to start preparing official documents in the coming hours.

According to the details revealed by Romano, the value of the deal will be around 35 million euros, along with some additional clauses that could increase the total value of the deal depending on the player's performance with the team. The agreement came after intensive negotiations between the two parties over the past few days.

The same source indicated that Nkunku has already agreed to sign a 5-year contract with Milan, as he said yes yesterday after positive discussions with the management of the Italian club.

It is expected that all administrative procedures will be completed shortly in preparation for the official announcement.
