Benfica's management continues its negotiations with German club Wolfsburg to sign Algerian international and top scorer of the "Greens" Mohamed Amin Amoura, just a few days before the summer transfer window closes.

French journalist Santi Aouna revealed that talks between the two clubs have reached an advanced stage, but the completion of the deal remains contingent on Benfica qualifying for the next round of the UEFA Champions League.

The Portuguese team faces a strong match against Turkish club Fenerbahçe this evening, Wednesday, at the Estádio da Luz, in the second leg of the preliminary round of the continental competition, after the first leg ended in a goalless draw.
