Reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano reported via his official account on the 'X' platform that Manchester City is making significant progress in negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain to acquire Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma during the current summer transfer window.

Romano revealed that the estimated value of the deal ranges between 30 to 35 million euros, after Paris Saint-Germain reduced their initial asking price of 50 million euros in an effort to facilitate the player's transfer to the English club.

He added that Donnarumma is fully prepared to join Manchester City's project, as the player welcomes the opportunity to join the team and participate in the club's future plans.

Romano explained that the completion of the deal largely depends on the departure of goalkeeper Ederson from Manchester City, as negotiations are ongoing with Turkish club Galatasaray regarding his transfer, which affects the speed of finalizing the Donnarumma deal.
