The Air Force Team Receives a Major Moral Boost Concurrently in the Egyptian Camp
The delegation of the Air Force Team arrived in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, this Monday morning, to enter a training camp that will last for two weeks, as part of its preparations for the upcoming season of the Iraqi Premier League.
During its camp in Egypt, the team will play three friendly matches against different clubs, aiming to enhance the players' technical and physical readiness, test some young talents, and assess the cohesion among the elements of the new lineup.
In this context, the club management delivered the first batch of contracts to local players, in a move aimed at reinforcing stability within the team before the season starts, while the file for foreign professionals remains open, as the management is working to finalize the foreign names that will soon support the ranks of the 'Falcons'.
The coaching staff, led by coach Rashid Jaber, hopes that the camp will serve as an ideal opportunity to prepare the team physically and tactically before returning to Baghdad and entering the atmosphere of official competitions.
