Nico Paz Rejects Tottenham for Real Madrid
Monday 25-08-2025
Journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed that Tottenham Hotspur made an official offer of 70 million euros to sign Como player Nico Paz, after failing to negotiate for Iberian player Eze.

According to Romano, the offer was completely rejected by both the player and the club, as Nico Paz clearly expressed his desire to stay with coach Cesc Fabregas at Como for the current season.

The source added that Real Madrid requested Como's management not to sell the young Argentine star this summer, promising to compensate the Italian club later.

Thus, the transfer of Nico Paz to Tottenham is definitively closed, allowing the young player to continue his journey in the Italian league.

It is worth noting that Real Madrid has a buyback option next summer for 10 million euros, and holds 50% of his future sale value, but the royal club plans to reclaim him next summer to be part of the first team.
