The French coach Laurent Blanc, of the Al-Ittihad team, stressed to the medical staff the necessity of accelerating the preparation process for defender Hassan Kaddash, to be ready before the match against Al-Fateh scheduled for Friday, September 12, in the second round of the Roshan Saudi League.

According to a special source for 'Al-Riyadiyah', Kaddash is currently undergoing a special fitness program, in preparation for his gradual return to collective training with his teammates in anticipation of his return to official match action.

The defender is recovering from a hamstring injury he sustained while participating with the Saudi national team in the Gold Cup, which took place earlier this summer in the United States.

Al-Ittihad begins its league journey by facing Al-Akhidood next Saturday at the Prince Hithloul bin Abdulaziz Sports City Stadium, in the first round of the Roshan Saudi Professional League.

This comes after Al-Ittihad's exit from the Saudi Super Cup in Hong Kong, where they were eliminated in the semi-finals after losing to Al-Nassr with a score of 2-1 in a strong match held last week.
