Al-Qadisiyah Considers Al-Hilal Withdrawn from the Saudi Super Cup
Al-Qadisiyah issued an official statement regarding the consideration of Al-Hilal's withdrawal from the Saudi Super Cup, allowing them to qualify for the final instead of facing Al-Ahli.
Al-Qadisiyah released its statement via its account on the 'X' platform, which read as follows.
Following the decision of the Appeals Committee of the Saudi Football Federation, dated 23/08/2025, regarding Al-Hilal's withdrawal from the 2026/2025 Saudi Super Cup, Al-Qadisiyah confirms the following:
1- Although we previously objected to the replacement of Al-Hilal with Al-Ahli in the semi-final match of the Saudi Super Cup, based on the regulations of the Saudi Football Federation, the Competitions Committee ignored all our requests and the binding provisions of the Saudi Football Federation's regulations, and decided to hold the semi-final match between Al-Ahli and Al-Qadisiyah.
2- However, the Appeals Committee has now decided to consider Al-Hilal as the loser in the semi-final match against Al-Qadisiyah with a score of (3-0), which confirms the correctness of Al-Qadisiyah's legal position from the beginning, demonstrating the proper and correct application of the regulations of the federation.
3- Based on this clear decision, the club will take all available legal and organizational options to ensure the protection of its rights and its sports, financial, and moral interests, in light of the significant implications resulting from this decision.
