Porto Demands Release Clause for Mora
Saturday 23-08-2025
Sources have clarified that the Portuguese club Porto has set its condition for the transfer of its talented player Rodrigo Mora to the Saudi club Ittihad during the current summer transfer market.

The Ittihad management had opened negotiations with their counterparts at Porto to acquire Mora, who is 18 years old and nicknamed 'the Messi of Portugal.'

According to the Portuguese newspaper 'O Jogo,' Porto will not allow Mora to leave for Ittihad unless the release clause in his contract is paid.

The Portuguese newspaper reported that Porto received an official offer from Ittihad regarding Mora, but the answer was clear: the player will not leave unless the release clause of €70 million is paid.

Additionally, the sources indicated that Porto has not received any other offers besides that from Ittihad, while player Mora is open to this move as he sees it as an opportunity to play regularly.
