Italian coach Simone Inzaghi, the head coach of Al Hilal, has made his decision regarding the participation of duo Aleksandar Mitrovic and Malcom, as he has decided to exclude them from his technical plans for the upcoming edition of the elite AFC Champions League.

The Saudi newspaper "Al-Yawm" revealed that the Serbian striker rejected the club's proposal to stay and participate only in the continental tournament, preferring to pursue a new experience after his role in the starting lineup diminished following the signing of Uruguayan Darwin Nunez.

Reports indicate that Mitrovic is currently considering an official offer he received from one of the Qatari league clubs, amid expectations that his transfer is imminent, despite his contract with Al Hilal extending until June 2026.

As for Brazilian Malcom, he has also been left out of Inzaghi's options for the tournament, clearly indicating the coach's desire to rely on other names that provide the team with greater flexibility on the continental level.

Al Hilal is looking to finalize a deal for an underage foreign player before the summer transfer window closes, in a move aimed at strengthening the team’s roster and ensuring technical balance in their Asian campaign.
