Hazem Imam Praises Ashraf Ben Sharqi, Al Ahly Star
Hazem Imam, the former star of Zamalek, praised Ashraf Ben Sharqi's performance in the last match against Farco.
Al Ahly won against Farco with a large score of (4-1) in the match that took place in the second round of the Egyptian Premier League.
Hazem Imam stated in comments through "On Sports 2" channel: "Ashraf Ben Sharqi cannot be on the bench; the Egyptian league does not have many skilled players, he is a skilled player."
He added: "Ashraf Ben Sharqi is different from the players in the Egyptian league; he knows how to take on one-on-one situations. Al Ahly must keep Ben Sharqi very much because he plays against teams that rely on defense like Modern Sport."
He continued: "Al Ahly does not have anyone who knows how to take on players; how can you not play Ben Sharqi? Even if he is not defending, you are not playing in the Club World Cup! In the match against Modern, the whole team was sitting back; why do you want to defend?"
