West Bromwich Albion has announced its signing of young Manchester United midfielder Toby Collier on a loan deal that extends for one season until the summer of 2026. The 21-year-old player has experience from his appearances with United's first team in the Premier League, the FA Cup, and the League Cup, as well as in the Europa League.

Collier will be available to participate with West Bromwich in their upcoming match against Wrexham, as part of the opening round of the English Championship, scheduled for next Saturday.

West Bromwich's sporting director Andrew Nestor said: "Toby is a dynamic midfielder with physical abilities and excellent passing skills, and we believe he will add a lot to our squad this season," confirming that Collier's style perfectly aligns with the team's playing method.

For his part, Collier expressed his happiness about the move, saying: "I spoke with coach Ryan Mason and felt that West Bromwich is the perfect place for my development. I look forward to contributing and helping the team, and this is a great opportunity to take my career to the next level."
