Friday 15-08-2025
Saudi Al-Ahli has shown serious interest in acquiring Spanish winger David Mila, a player from Deportivo La Coruña, during the ongoing summer transfer window, aiming to enhance the attacking strength of coach Matthias Jaissle's team.

The Spanish newspaper "Sport" revealed that negotiations between the two parties have not reached the final stage, as the Spanish club referred the deal to the value of the release clause included in Mila's contract with La Coruña.

David Mila, who is 20 years old, has a contract that extends until June 2029, which includes a release clause valued between 18 and 20 million euros, after renewing his contract in November 2024.

Mila is considered one of the most prominent graduates of La Coruña's academy, having been promoted to the first team in 2021. He was previously a target for English club Brighton, but he rejected the move despite the club's willingness to pay 8 million euros at that time.

The young Spanish winger has played 70 matches with his team across all competitions, during which he managed to score 15 goals and provide 8 assists, according to statistics from "Transfermarkt".
