The management of Al-Nasr Club has submitted a new offer to Al-Taawun Club worth 30 million riyals, in addition to giving up striker Mohammed Maran, in an attempt to secure the left-back Saad Al-Nasser during the current summer transfer window.

Informed sources told "Asharq Al-Awsat" that Al-Taawun had previously stipulated receiving 30 million riyals along with Mohammed Maran and selling part of his contract, before retracting the inclusion of Maran and demanding a larger financial compensation only.

The sources indicated that Al-Qadisiyah Club is also seeking to acquire Saad Al-Nasser, but the player's desire to join Al-Nasr may make the deal closer to being finalized in favor of the yellow team.

Al-Nasr's move is part of its strategy to bolster its squad with distinguished local players ahead of the new season, as it seeks to strengthen the defensive side of the team's back line.

Negotiations between the clubs continue, amid great anticipation from fans to know the final destination of Saad Al-Nasser, who is attracting interest from several clubs in the Saudi league.
