The General Assembly of the non-profit Al-Nasr Club Foundation announced the election of Abdullah Al-Majid as Chairman of the Board for the new term 2025-2026, to lead the upcoming phase within the framework of institutional work.

The new board includes Khalid Al-Malik as Vice President, in addition to members Khalid Al-Suhayd, Walid Al-Amari, Ma'an Al-Khamis, Turki Al-Tamimi, and Ziad Wahbi, while the candidate Bandar Al-Rashoudi was excluded.

Sources from 'Asharq Al-Awsat' stated that the Appeals Committee arising from the Election Committee in the Ministry of Sports accepted Al-Rashoudi's appeal formally but rejected it substantively for failing to meet the required educational qualification.

The sources added that Al-Rashoudi was not approved in the final list of members of the institution's Board of Directors, as he did not prove obtaining a bachelor's degree, which is the basic requirement for candidacy.

This election comes as part of Al-Nasr's preparations to continue developing institutional work and ensuring strong leadership for the new season, while enhancing the stability of the club's management at both administrative and sporting levels.
