Ittihad Club has officially concluded an agreement with Al-Fateh regarding the signing of right-back Ahmed Al-Julaidan during the current summer transfer window, to bolster the team's ranks in preparation for the upcoming season, according to the newspaper "Saudi 360".

According to the newspaper "Al-Sharq Al-Awsat", Al-Julaidan has left Al-Fateh's training camp in Spain in preparation for joining the Ittihad squad led by French coach Laurent Blanc, after agreeing on a contract that extends for five seasons until 2030.

Sources indicated that the player will participate with the Ittihad delegation heading to Hong Kong next Friday to compete in the Saudi Super Cup, which also includes teams Al-Nassr, Al-Ahli, and Al-Qadisiyah.

Ittihad will begin its journey in the Super Cup with a semi-final match against Al-Nassr on August 19, and the winner of this match will face the qualifier from the Al-Ahli and Al-Qadisiyah match in the final scheduled for the 23rd of the same month.

The signing of Al-Julaidan is part of Ittihad's plan to strengthen the right-back position and add new offensive and defensive options to support the team in local and continental competitions during the new season.
