The Board of Directors of FC Barcelona unanimously agreed to provide a financial guarantee of 7 million euros to support the balance of financial accounts after discrepancies in departmental figures during last season.

This guarantee comes as a fundamental step to enable the club to comply with the player registration rule known as 1:1 in La Liga.

Sources confirmed that this measure will help correct the club's financial situation and achieve the necessary balance, thereby opening the door for the registration of all new signings and assigning numbers to players who have moved from the reserve team to the first team.

Barcelona is expected to submit an audited report confirming the validity of the sale of VIP seats at Spotify Camp Nou, which previously faced objections from the auditing company due to the absence of a tangible asset; after construction work was confirmed by the executing company, the process can now be approved.

Should La Liga approve the assessment by the financial auditor, Barcelona will immediately return to operating under the 1:1 rule, enhancing its ability to make deals and continue signing contracts.
