Italian media reports indicate that AS Roma has revived its interest in Moroccan striker Abdessamad Ezzalzouli, a player for Real Betis in Spain, as part of its efforts to bolster the front line before the summer transfer market closes.

Sources have clarified that Ezzalzouli has returned to the attention of the 'Giallorossi' management to reinforce the left wing position, benefiting from his exceptional speed and remarkable dribbling ability, having completed 45 successful dribbles during 32 matches in La Liga last season.

On the international level, Ezzalzouli played a significant role in the Moroccan U-23 national team's victory in the Africa Cup, and he contributed to winning the bronze medal at the Paris Olympics, in addition to scoring two goals and providing three assists with the senior national team.

The 24-year-old player joined Real Betis in the summer of 2023 on a contract that extends until 2029, and he had a standout season in which he scored several goals and provided five assists across various competitions, making him a potential target for Roma in the critical days of the transfer window.
