This move came upon a direct recommendation from head coach Matthias Jaissle, who believes that the team needs a versatile attacking player to enhance the forward line in the upcoming period.

Jaissle is focusing on attracting a right winger born in 2004, to be a strong addition to the team's roster, especially with the expected pressure of matches in the new season.

These moves are part of Al Ahly's plan to compensate for the absence of star Riyad Mahrez, who will participate with his national team in the Africa Cup of Nations.
