Union Approaches Signing Al-Julaidan and Clarifies Its Position on Al-Amri
Monday 11-08-2025
The Union Club is nearing a contract with Ahmed Al-Julaidan, a player from Al-Fateh, in a deal that extends for five years, as part of its plans to strengthen the squad ahead of the new season's competitions.

Sources indicate that the Union management aims to maintain the stability of the main lineup for the upcoming season, with limited changes including the departure of Al-Amri, Al-Muhasna, Al-Suqour, and Abdulilah Hawsawi only.

According to reports, the rest of the team's roster, consisting of 25 players, will remain unchanged, in line with the coaching staff's desire to maintain harmony within the group.

In contrast, the Union has officially withdrawn from the deal for Abdulilah Al-Amri, after Al-Nasr Club requested an amount of 70 million riyals to part with his services during the summer transfer period.

This move comes as part of the club's policy that balances between strengthening the team with new players and maintaining the core group that competed last season.
