New Shock from Al-Nassr: Al-Amri Out of Reach for Ittihad and Al-Qadisiyah
Friday 08-08-2025
Al-Nassr's management has raised the selling price of their defender Abdulilah Al-Amri in a surprising move that has disrupted the plans of Ittihad and Al-Qadisiyah, who are seeking to sign him during the ongoing summer transfer window.

The management of Al-Nassr informed the player's agent that the required value to release Al-Amri has now become 75 million riyals, up from around 60 million, due to the rising prices of Saudi players in the local market.

Al-Amri is a common target for both Ittihad and Al-Qadisiyah, as they wish to purchase the remaining duration of his contract, which extends until June 2028, amid insistence from Al-Nassr's Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus not to easily let him go.

Jesus has stipulated that a substantial offer reflecting the player's technical value must be received for him to agree to his departure, as he views Al-Amri as one of the key elements of the defense and not easily replaceable.

Al-Amri had a successful loan spell with Ittihad last season, during which he participated in 21 matches and directly contributed to the team's winning of the Roshan League and the King's Cup.
