Tottenham Rejected by Como Regarding Nico Paz
Thursday 07-08-2025
The Italian club Como has officially rejected a 40 million euro offer from Tottenham Hotspur to sign the young Argentine star Nico Paz, according to the network 'Football Italia'.

Nico Paz is considered one of the standout discoveries of the 2024/2025 season in Serie A and is a target for several major European clubs this summer, including Real Madrid and Inter Milan.

Despite the high value of the English club's offer, Como is holding onto the player's services, demanding an amount close to 70 million euros to allow his departure, while the club's management may open negotiations if the offer reaches 60 million euros.

Paz is under contract with Como, which includes terms granting Real Madrid a buyback option for 9 million euros until June 2026, and 10 million in the following year, along with Real Madrid receiving 50% of the value of any future sale deal.

Real Madrid had decided not to activate the buyback clause this summer, but the possibility of the player returning to Santiago Bernabéu remains open over the next two years.
