Media figure Khaled El-Ghandour revealed that Zamalek has received compensation from the Tedi Oko deal.
El-Ghandour stated on his Facebook page: "Zamalek is receiving $250,000 from the Tedi Oko deal as compensation.. Bravo John Edward."
Reports have confirmed that Zamalek entered into legal negotiations with the lawyer of the Ivorian French player Tedi Oko to demand financial compensation after the player signed with Al-Riyadh Club in Saudi Arabia.
There was a previously signed tripartite agreement between Zamalek, Swiss club Luzern, and Tedi Oko, which included specific obligations from all parties.
