Midfielder Safa Hadi officially announced the end of his journey with Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya club, directing an emotional message to the team's fans, after a season that did not meet expectations, both individually and collectively, amid the team's declining results and distancing from the podiums of glory.

Hadi said in a farewell message posted on his official accounts:

"It was a season full of ups and downs, we succeeded and stumbled, we rejoiced and we mourned. I hoped to achieve the goals of the loyal supporters, but difficulties and crises stood in the way of the drawn ambitions. I apologize and thank the emblem of the blue entity and its loyal, devoted fans. I will not say goodbye, but I write it in letters of affection and gratitude, and I wish you success in the upcoming challenges."

With these words, Safa Hadi put an end to his experience with the Falcons, which did not last long and did not achieve what was expected of it, neither by the club's management nor by its wide fanbase that hoped Safa would be one of the keys to the team's project for the past season.

Despite the player's big name and international record with the Iraqi national team, his recent experience with Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya was not successful at all, as he was unable to provide the expected contribution and appeared dim in several crucial matches, which made him subject to criticism, especially since the team as a whole went through one of its worst seasons in terms of performance and results.

Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya ended its last season far from the top positions, without winning any title, and suffered from an internal technical crisis and repeated changes in the coaching staff and players, which clearly affected the stability within the dressing room, and Safa was not immune to that.
