Sterling Out of Chelsea's Plans Before the New Season
The British newspaper "The Sun" reported that Raheem Sterling, the winger for Chelsea, has been removed from the current first-team plans as part of the club's efforts to restructure its squad before the new season begins.
The newspaper noted that Sterling, who is 30 years old, has disappeared from the first-team section on the club's official website, along with eight other players, in a move that reflects the features of the final squad under the new coaching staff.
The list of absent names also includes Ben Chilwell, Armando Broja, and Lesley Ugochukwu, amid reports suggesting that the latter two are close to leaving Stamford Bridge during the ongoing summer transfer window.
It is worth mentioning that Sterling spent last season on loan at Arsenal before returning to the Blues.
