Imam Ashour Wins Four Awards at the Djer Guest Ceremony
Imam Ashour, midfielder for Al Ahly SC, achieved 4 awards at once at the "Djer Guest" ceremony, which takes place at the end of each season.
Ashour expressed his happiness after receiving the award for Best Player in the Egyptian League for the 2024-25 season, as well as the top scorer of the tournament.
The public vote also secured Imam Ashour the awards for Best Attacking Midfielder and "Player of the Season" in the Egyptian League.
Imam Ashour stated in a message on his Instagram account: "Thank God, I am happy and proud to receive the Djer Guest award for Best Player in Egypt for the second consecutive year, the top scorer of the Egyptian League, Best Attacking Midfielder, and Best Player by public vote."
He continued: "Individual awards do not come out of nowhere; they result from hard work and support from those around me."
He added: "I thank the great Al Ahly fans who support me at every moment, and I also extend my gratitude to the coaching, administrative, and medical staff, as well as all my fellow players. You are partners in this success, and I could not achieve this without your help."
He concluded by saying: "These awards are a badge of honor for me, but they also come with new responsibilities... I hope for better things to come with Al Ahly."
