The Sports Director of Al-Ahly Refuses to Sell Ashraf Dari
Ahmed Hassan, the former star of Zamalek, stated that the sports director of Al-Ahly, Mohamed Youssef, rejected the sale of Ashraf Dari, a player from the team, during the ongoing summer transfer window.
Ahmed Hassan wrote on Facebook: "A number of football officials have demanded the need to market Ashraf Dari due to his frequent injuries and to sign a foreign replacement, but Mohamed Youssef refused due to time constraints."
Media reports have confirmed that the player has received offers from the Saudi Roshan League and the Qatari league to leave Al-Ahly.
The player participated in 12 matches with Al-Ahly across all competitions last season.
