The management of Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya Club opened the door for negotiations with Iraqi national team defender and Al-Shorta player Akam Hashim in an effort to strengthen their defense in preparation for the new season of the Iraqi Premier League.

Despite the serious efforts shown by the Falcons to sign the player, Akam Hashim decided to close the door on negotiations with Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, informing intermediaries that his next destination is limited to only two options: renewing with Al-Qithara Al-Khadra, or moving to Al-Zawraa Club.

The player confirmed in an unofficial conversation with some close to him that his next choice will be based on technical stability and the suitable environment for development, indicating that he holds great respect for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya and its fans, but his future vision does not include representing the Falcons in the upcoming phase.

Akam Hashim is considered one of the most prominent defensive talents in Iraqi football currently, having had an outstanding season with Al-Shorta and regularly participating with the national team, making him a target for many clubs aspiring to compete for titles.
