The French club Olympique Marseille announced today, Thursday, the official return of the veteran Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to its ranks once again.
Aubameyang joined Marseille on a free transfer after terminating his contract with Saudi club Al-Qadisiyah, and signed a contract with the southern French club until the summer of 2027.
During the season before last, when Aubameyang played with Marseille, he participated in 50 matches, managed to score 30 goals, and provided 11 assists.
Aubameyang, who is 36 years old, has previously played for Saint-Étienne, Dijon, Monaco, Lille, Milan, Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Barcelona.
