New Decision from Bayern Munich Regarding Vultmaid Deal
Bayern Munich still hopes to reach an agreement to sign striker Nick Vultmaid from Stuttgart, despite stalled negotiations between the two parties so far.
The German newspaper "Bild" reported that Bayern Munich does not intend to raise its current offer and is relying on a potential concession from Stuttgart to complete the deal. The Bavarian club had made two offers that were rejected, despite having reached an agreement with the player on personal terms.
For his part, Vultmaid continues to pressure his club's management to allow him to leave, and his agent, Dani Bachmann, revealed that Bayern Munich's latest offer amounted to 55 million euros, while Stuttgart insists on receiving at least 65 million euros.
Alexander Wehrle, the chairman of Stuttgart's board, confirmed that the club is open to negotiations but will not agree to sell the player unless an exceptional offer is received, stressing that Vultmaid is still part of the team's plans for the new season.
Vultmaid is 23 years old, and his contract with Stuttgart runs until the summer of 2028.
