Aston Villa Increases Offer for Galatasaray Player
The British newspaper "Independent" revealed that Aston Villa has raised its official offer to acquire Turkish winger Barış Alper Yılmaz, a player from Galatasaray, during the current summer transfer window.
According to the report, the English club submitted a new offer worth 20 million euros, equivalent to 17 million pounds, following a series of offers that saw gradual increases ranging from one to two million euros each time.
In contrast, Galatasaray remains adamant about receiving a sum closer to 35 million pounds in order to agree to sell the 25-year-old player.
Barış had an impressive season in the Turkish league last year, scoring 12 goals and providing 3 assists.
