Shobair stated via "On Sport FM" radio: "The transfer deal for Mayeli to Al-Fateh Saudi Club has almost stopped due to the conflict among agents."
He added: "If the deal returns to one of the Saudi clubs, Pyramids will sign a foreign player."
He continued: "Pyramids is currently looking to strengthen the attacking line before the summer transfer window closes."
