Jesus Sets His Demands at Al-Nassr and Responds to Rumors of Signing Sporting Braga Winger
Thursday 31-07-2025
In recent statements, Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus of Al-Nassr clarified his aspirations during the current summer transfer window, emphasizing his urgent need to bolster the team's ranks with three new signings that meet the demands of the upcoming season.

Jesus stated that the team needs to sign a midfielder to replace Otavio, in addition to a speedy winger and a solid defender to strengthen the backline, stressing that these positions are a top priority for him at this stage.

The Al-Nassr coach confirmed that he has clearly communicated his technical requests to the club's management and expressed his clear desire to sign a distinguished winger during the summer transfer window, but without disclosing a specific name at this time, ruling out the idea of signing names that have been circulating in the media.

In response to reports about Al-Nassr's intention to sign Roger Fernandes, a player from Sporting Braga in Portugal, Jesus denied the validity of these rumors, confirming that the player is completely outside of Al-Nassr's interests in the current transfer market.

It is worth mentioning that Al-Nassr has previously completed three signings this summer: Portuguese João Félix, Nader Al-Sharari, and Abdul Malik Al-Jaber, while Otavio was excluded from the training camp in Austria as he does not fit into the coaching staff's plans for the upcoming season.
