Romanian club Cluj has officially announced the signing of Andrei Cordia, the former player of Al-Taee Saudi.
The player had recently been linked with a move to Zamalek.
After his signing, the player stated in remarks on the club's official website: "I am very happy with Cluj's interest in signing me. They contacted me immediately after my contract ended two months ago, and now I have signed with the team that was keen on bringing me in."
He concluded: "My goal this season is to maintain my fitness and perform at the best possible level to support the team in qualifying for the European group stage and competing for the league title."
