Officially.. Tunisian striker Haitham Al-Jouini joins Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya
Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya club officially announced its signing of Tunisian striker Haitham Al-Jouini, coming from Dibba Al-Hisn Club in the UAE, in a deal described as one of the most prominent in the current transfer market, as part of the club's preparations for the new season of the Iraqi Stars League.
The club published the official announcement of the deal through its official accounts on social media, accompanied by a welcoming phrase that stated:
"From green Tunisia, where goal scorers are born by nature, the falcon Al-Jouini flies to land in the land of the two rivers," in reference to the club's great ambitions to add a new offensive quality.
Al-Jouini, 31 years old, has an impressive professional career, having previously represented the Tunisian national team in several international matches, in addition to having notable experiences with prestigious clubs, most notably Esperance Sportive de Tunis, with whom he won the CAF Champions League title. He also played in the Saudi League with Al-Ain Club, and with Arab Contractors in Egypt, Al-Ahly Benghazi in Libya, and Tenerife in Belgium.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Zawraa Club had entered into serious negotiations with the player in recent days, but the deal faltered due to financial reasons, paving the way for the Falcons' management to finalize the agreement, in a deal valued at around 600,000 euros.
Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya fans hope that Al-Jouini will be a strong addition to the front line, especially with the vast experience he possesses, as the club aims to compete in all championships during the upcoming season.
