Neom Club, newly promoted to the Roshan Saudi League, is nearing a deal to sign young French star Simon Bouabri, a player from Monaco, in a promising transfer that highlights the club's strategy in acquiring rising talents.

According to information published by the reliable Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Saudi club has reached an agreement with Monaco to acquire Bouabri for 10 million euros, along with an additional 2 million euros in incentives, as well as including a release clause in the contract.

The final decision still rests with the 19-year-old French player, as he is currently discussing personal contract terms with Neom's management, amidst interest from French club Marseille, which is closely monitoring the situation.

Sources from "Asharq Al-Awsat" confirmed that Neom plans to sign four players born in 2004 and beyond, two of whom will participate with the first team in the league and King’s Cup, and two for the Under-21 Elite League.

It is worth noting that Neom has previously finalized the signing of Ivorian Amadou Kone from Stade Reims, and is also close to signing French player Nathan Zizi from Nantes, reflecting a clear trend towards investing in youth and building a competitive team for the long term.
