Al-Ahly Reverses Decision to Sign Ahmed Hassan Kahraba
Media personality Ahmed Shobir revealed that Al-Ahly's management has reversed its decision to sign Ahmed Hassan Kahraba during the ongoing summer transfer window.
Shobir stated in remarks via "On Sport FM": "Al-Ahly has decided against contracting with Ahmed Hassan Kahraba, and there was a conviction from Mohamed Youssef, the club's sporting director, to contract with Kahraba, especially since he is a free player and a distinguished player."
He added: "The planning committee at Al-Ahly was not enthusiastic about contracting with Kahraba, and they left the matter to Spanish coach Jose Ribeiro, who praised the player very much but confirmed his desire to contract with a different type of players."
The French club Le Havre announced the departure of Ahmed Hassan Kahraba after a short period he spent with the club, having joined the French team last January.
