Al-Ghandour stated via his Facebook page: "Good news starting from the season after next, 3 teams from the highest-ranked countries will participate in the African Champions League, including Egypt, Morocco, South Africa, Tunisia, and Algeria."
He added: "This means that Al-Ahly, Zamalek, and Pyramids might participate."
Al-Ahly and Pyramids will participate in the African Champions League next season.
