The Iraqi Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya club continues its movements in the coaching market in preparation for the new season, as it is on the verge of signing with the Omani coach Rashid Jaber, who has officially agreed to take over the team's technical duties, according to informed sources, awaiting the official announcement in the coming hours.

In the past few days, there have been intensive negotiations between the club's management and the Omani coach, which included discussions about the contract details and the future plan for the team, before Jaber gave his final approval, paving the way for him to come to Baghdad and officially sign the contract.

Rashid Jaber is considered one of the most prominent coaching names in the Gulf region, as he has previously led the Oman national team on several occasions and left a clear mark on the performance of the national team, in addition to overseeing several prominent clubs in the region such as Al-Wehdat of Jordan, and Al-Sib and Dhofar in the Omani league, where he demonstrated high technical ability and distinguished field management.

The management of Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya aims through this step to close the chapter on the last season, which did not meet the fans' expectations, by contracting with a coach who has experience and technical acumen capable of leading the team in various competitions, foremost among them the Iraqi Premier League and the Asian championships.
