The Iraqi Al-Zawraa Club continues its serious steps in the summer transfer market, as it is very close to signing Jordanian midfielder Nizar Al-Rashdan, in a deal expected to enhance the strength of the team's midfield ahead of the new football season.

Several reliable sources have confirmed the ongoing negotiations between the two parties, led by the sports channel "beIN Sports," which indicated that the deal is in its final stages, and it is expected to be officially announced in the coming days, pending agreement on the final details of the contract.

Nizar Al-Rashdan is considered one of the top midfielders in Jordanian football in recent years, as he possesses exceptional field vision and the ability to connect play lines, in addition to his physical presence and balance in both defensive and offensive roles.

The player has previously had various professional experiences, most notably in the Iraqi league with Nuruz Club, and he has represented Al-Faisaly and Al-Hussein Irbid in Jordan, along with other Arab stints with Al-Khaldiya Club in Bahrain and Al-Emirates Club in the UAE, which gives him extensive experience in Arab stadiums.
