Courtois Reveals Latest Developments on Contract Renewal
The Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois revealed his strong desire to continue with Real Madrid for a long time, confirming that he dreams of ending his football career within the walls of the royal club.
Courtois said in statements reported by the newspaper 'Marca': "Contract renewal? It hasn't been finalized yet, but we are in the negotiation phase to complete the deal."
He added: "I want to stay with Real Madrid for as long as possible, and I hope to end my career here; this is my dream, and I hope it comes true in the end."
Courtois' contract with Real Madrid ends at the end of next season, and the royal club is working to renew his contract for an additional year, which would extend it to 2027.
