Union Announces Fabinho's Injury
The Saudi Union Club announced that medical examinations, including an MRI conducted today on the first team player Fabinho at a medical center in the Algarve, Portugal, showed that the thigh muscle is intact.
The player sustained the injury during the second half of the friendly match against Vitoria Guimarães.
In coordination with the club's medical partner, the International Medical Center (IMC), the club confirmed that Fabinho will undergo a special treatment and rehabilitation program, with the aim of gradually returning to participate in team training.
Several media reports have mentioned that the player will not be out of action for long.
