It seems that the saga of star departures from Bayer Leverkusen is not over yet, as after the departure of coach Xabi Alonso and several key players, Moroccan international Amin Adli is close to embarking on a new experience in the Premier League, having received an official offer from Wolverhampton.

According to the German newspaper "Bild", Adli has expressed his desire to leave, asking the Leverkusen management to open negotiations with the English club.

The same source confirmed that Wolverhampton has entered into direct communications with Leverkusen officials, but negotiations are still in their early stages, amid differing views on the value of the deal.

Leverkusen's management is seeking an amount close to 30 million euros, including incentives and additional bonuses, in exchange for parting with the player who excelled while wearing the German team's jersey.

Amin Adli joined in the summer of 2021 from Toulouse in France, in a deal worth 7.5 million euros.

Adli, who is 24 years old, is among the most prominent names in Leverkusen's lineup, following the impressive performance he delivered in the past season, making him a target for several prominent European clubs.
